Return Policy

Fashion Remix offers its clients only high quality goods. Nevertheless, we do understand that dissatisfaction may appear due to some personal reasons. If you wish to return the goods you should follow the below described steps and comply with the following Return Policy rules. Please, note that the present Return policy is the only and nonnegotiable set of rules under which a return can fulfilled.

A return should be requested in a 10 day term via email sent to support@fashionremix.com. And the purchased item is to be shipped back not later than 30 days after it was received by a customer. We make no returns on more than 5 pieces. Neither make we returns on the items that were purchased for Sale Prices and during Special Offer events.

Upon receiving your return request you will be sent a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) as well as detailed instructions on the item (s) return process.

In order to make a return you should provide us with your order number, order date, full name, email address, item code serial number, and DAYTIME contact phone number. Please, give us a brief explanation of the reason of your return making.

The returned items should be sent back in an unspoiled, unworn and unwashed condition, carefully packed in the original package and clearly marked with your RMA. Remember that you have received all clothing pieces from Fashion Remix in new, unworn condition and they should be returned in the same condition as they were received. Please, note that you should send us the items back in the same packages and with all the included paperwork (warranties, authenticity cards, etc.) as was received. The items you return must have all the labels and tags at the same place as they were originally.

In case you have forgotten to include your RMA, the parcel will not be opened and returned to sender.

You can return or exchange purchased goods only once under the conditions of full compliance with the instructions that will be sent to you by us upon receiving you return request. If you have decided to return a purchased item you will have to pay a 12% fee for making the item restocked that will be hold back for the item cost that you have paid.

Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you had free shipping than the shipping costs will be stroke off your refund. Fashion Remix covers the shipping and other fees expenses only in case of our drawback or a delivery error. In case you have received a defective or wrong item, please, contact us no later than 5 days after you have received your order.

Refund will be processed after we have examined the returned item with respect to be convinced that the items are new and unspoiled. It usually 5–10 days from the data of receiving the returned items back. The terms depend on the type of credit card you have. Some rare cases presuppose making refunds via PayPal «send money».
